It must be Elie Saab!

And yes it is. I have not yet had my turn to see the actual episode of Chuck and Blair's wedding but when I saw her gorgeous powder blue embellished gown I knew it must be by my favourite designer Elie Saab. Blair's wedding gown is from Elie Saab's SS2013 collection and I am obsessed with it- it is so refreshing that they chose not to put her in a traditional white gown. Here are some pictures from the wedding and I will post more once I have seen the long awaited for episode!

 

 

Peonies

Yes that is right brides and grooms; lately the Peony is the most popular flower. It is obvious why- they are soft and romantic and with pink being the trendiest colour of the year this flower fits right in.

Blair's Wedding Dress

Here is Blair's wedding gown which she will be wearing in the 100th episode of Gossip Girl. What do you think of this Vera Wang creation?

Blair looks so happy but I am still hoping she ends up with Chuck- guess we will have to wait and see what happens!

Serena in her Bridesmaids Dress

We all know that the 100th episode of Gossip Girl (season 5) will feature Blair Waldorf's wedding to the Prince and of course Serena's dress can not be some off the rack design but instead a show stopper. The dress Serena wore is actually meant to be a wedding dress which is designed by Vera Wang and I think it is stunning.

In my opinion this Vera Wang dress is much better then the Ralph Lauren bridesmaid dress she wore to her mother's wedding in season 1.

Even Dan looks better at Blair's wedding (season 5) than what he looked like at Lily's wedding in season 1.
