Package One- Full Wedding Planning which will include:

·         Assistance with evaluating and choosing a ceremony and reception venue. This will include gathering quotes and meeting with the bride and groom at venues which suit their personalities and wedding style.

·         Assistance with creating a wedding theme or style and picking out the correct flowers, décor and linens from suggested suppliers (complete wedding design).

·         Assistance with picking out wedding stationery and suppliers.

·         Creating and maintaining wedding expenses and schedule payments to various suppliers (will work within the couple’s budget and keep them up to date with expenses).

·         Scheduling wedding time lines on and before the wedding day.

·         Assistance with picking out all attire for bride, groom and retinue.

·         Co-ordination of the wedding rehearsal with all parties involved.

·         Guest list management and assistance to guests travelling from far with hotel and travelling accommodation.

·         Assistance with the caterers and cake designers.

·         Negotiation with all suppliers and suggestions and guidance in making your final selections.

·         On the day wedding co-ordination and set up.

·         Returning all hired items after the wedding.

Package Two- On the day Co-ordination (usually 07:00-21:00) which will include:

(This package is catered to couples who have done all the planning and need assistance on the day of their wedding and the two weeks leading up to it.)

·         Scheduling wedding time lines on the day of the wedding.

·         Following up with confirmed suppliers and finalising all on the day arrangements.

·         Assistance with ceremony and reception set up.

·         Placing of all stationery such as name tags, programmes, menus and favours.

·         Making sure everything goes smoothly throughout the ceremony, “cocktail hour” and reception.

·         Manage any unexpected occurrences on the day.

Package Three- Half day Co-ordination (usually 07:00-14:00) which will include:

·         Scheduling wedding time lines on the day of the wedding.

·         Following up with confirmed suppliers and finalising all on the day arrangements.

·         Assistance with ceremony and reception set up.

·         Placing of all stationery such as name tags, programmes, menus and favours.
