There is no doubt how beautiful and romantic outside receptions are at night because of the lighting and atmosphere it creates so how about an evening ceremony? It definitely is not traditional and not all venues would cater for it but just imagine how stunningly different your wedding photographs would be. Of course with an evening ceremony you would also have to consider if you would do any day time pictures and you would have to ensure you have the right photographer to work with that kind of lighting. Depending on the time of the ceremony you could also offer your guests snacks before just to keep their tummies happy until the main course or you could opt for something completely different and have a cocktail themed reception.
